At Larroudé, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 21 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in their original Larroudé dust bags and shoe box, ensuring all protective packaging is intact to avoid damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
